The Deluxe room in full daylight
The room

Room to sit, not just sleep.

450 sq ft: a bed, a desk, a sitting area, and glass opening the room toward the farm.

The Deluxe is the Standard idea with more air. Same teak, marble, cotton, linen, and restraint — but more space around the bed, more light from the garden, and a sitting area you will actually use. It is bigger, but it does not get louder.

Connected to nature

Glass on both sides.

One side opens to the balcony. The other keeps the garden in the room.

The upgrade is not only square footage — it is exposure to the farm. A hundred and eighty square feet of glass puts the garden on both sides of the room. Sit by the window in the morning, open the doors, and the room stops feeling sealed off from the day.

The details

Small choices make it work.

Wall lights, bedside tables, plug points on both sides, and a marble desk facing the garden.

Wall lights keep the bedside tables clear. Charging works from both sides. The marble desk faces the garden. The useful things are where they should be, and the room stays quiet because nothing is trying to decorate over the farm.

The bathroom

A marble tub by the window.

Marble, granite, a deep tub beside the glass, and enough quiet to linger.

Run a bath with the garden in front of you. Marble, granite, hot water, a proper shower, fresh towels, and open surfaces that stay clean. Generous, but not showy.

Outside

A private edge of the farm.

Your own balcony for tea, reading, and watching the garden change.

Step out and you are still in your room's orbit, but no longer inside. Morning tea, a book after the pool, quiet at night. The balcony is the real upgrade: private space without leaving the farm.
