A home and working organic farm outside Pushkar, opened carefully to guests. There are garden-facing rooms, farm-grown vegetarian food, forty-six-year-old trees and a serious eighty-foot pool. It is deliberately small, personal and uncrowded.

The farm comes first. Food follows the harvest. The owner lives here. There are no televisions, buffets, parties or rehearsed hotel service. We offer less choice, more space and considerably more quiet.

People who value nature, fresh food, good sleep, thoughtful rooms and time without a schedule. It particularly suits guests who want to stay several days, work quietly, swim, read or simply do less.

Anyone wanting alcohol, parties, late-night music, outside visitors, numerous activities or a conventional resort atmosphere. If you need constant entertainment or formal hotel service, you will probably be happier elsewhere.

Because quiet disappears quickly. The rules protect the farm and every guest who came here specifically to escape noise and crowds. We are selective about that, and unapologetically so. If one rule creates a genuine problem, ask before booking.

Standard rooms are ₹12,000, Deluxe rooms ₹18,000 and the Suite ₹30,000 per night. The Suite is currently sold out through 31 March 2027. Meals are ₹1,500 per person. An extra bed is ₹3,000 per night. All listed prices exclude 18% GST.

The cost reflects what is scarce here: land, low density, mature gardens, a working farm, carefully built rooms and a large pool shared by very few guests. If these things do not matter to you, choose another place.

If you have read everything and feel strongly drawn to the farm, send us a thoughtful message explaining how the farm could benefit you and how you could help improve it. We will read it and tell you honestly whether we can work something out.

Your room and normal use of the farm, gardens and pool are included. Meals, extra beds, transport, yoga, massage, cooking classes, special arrangements, retreats and photo shoots are extra unless stated otherwise.

Whatever we confirm in writing is what is included. If it is not in that message, ask before assuming it is covered.

Vegetarian, seasonal and cooked fresh. Vegetables come from the farm; flour is milled here; oil is pressed here; yoghurt and paneer are made here. There is a short menu because we cook what the farm is offering, not everything imaginable.

Breakfast is 8–10am, lunch 1–2pm and dinner 6–8pm. Meals cost ₹1,500 per person plus GST. Please order at least four hours ahead.

Usually, yes, with advance notice. Tell us precisely what you eat, what you avoid and whether it is a preference or a serious allergy. A small kitchen can adapt well when it knows beforehand.

We are outside Pushkar town, in Ganaheda. Arriving by road is simplest.

By train, come to Ajmer Railway Station, roughly 18 kilometres or 35–45 minutes away. By air, fly to Jaipur, around 145–150 kilometres or 2½–3 hours away. Pushkar Lake is about two kilometres from the farm.

We can arrange pickups from Jaipur or Ajmer and help with local transport. Ask beforehand so we can confirm the vehicle and cost. The map, approximate fares and full directions are on the Contact page.

Check-in begins at 1pm and checkout is by 11am. Bring valid identification. There is no alcohol, smoking, loud music or outside food. Outside visitors require prior approval.

This is a working farm. Animals, insects, dust, heat, rural roads and occasional power changes are part of it.

Arriving after 6pm? Tell us beforehand so we can coordinate directions and access.

Dates are held tentatively for three days. A 25% advance confirms the booking; the remaining 75% is due at check-in.

One night is possible. Three nights is usually when the farm begins to make sense.

Yes. We can help arrange Jaipur airport transfers, Ajmer station pickups, local taxis and Pushkar Fair transport. Transport is charged separately. Ask beforehand so we can confirm availability and price.

Yes, on certain dates. Indian weddings, major festivals and the Pushkar Fair are noisy, and amplified music carries across the countryside.

India has roughly 40 auspicious wedding dates each year. If your stay falls on one of those dates, a major festival or the Pushkar Fair, assume it will be noisy, unfortunately.

We provide earplugs and recommend carrying them while travelling in India. India can be loud at times. Send us your dates and we will tell you honestly what to expect.

Wi-Fi is available across most of the property. Guests regularly work and take calls here. If reliable calls or focused work are essential, tell us beforehand so we can place you in the right room and point you to the best spot.

No. The water follows the season and is genuinely cold in December and January. If winter swimming matters to you, ask before booking.
